D. gave me the only thing I wanted this Xmas - The 2007 5 Disc Blade Runner Box Set! However, I forgot that it was only available in HD-DVD format. WTF. Surely the set had at least one version of the Director's Cut as a regular DVD. -nope-  ... So I went online and started reading about all this HD and Blue Ray crap. Trying to find a simple answer about either is |||WAY F'ed UP!|||| All I wanted to know was if you could connect a HD-DVD ($200) player to a regular analog TV and how would it look, being that I have not yet bought an HDTV ($1200) and probably won't until next year. Most of the info I found said it was not possible. Who are these people? SCREW THEM! It works and the picture is quite nice!
